We are beyond excited to share some big news—our mother-daughter real estate team is officially here! After years of working together, Rayah is now a fully licensed realtor, and we couldn’t be happier to embark on this journey side by side.

Every day brings something new, and that’s one of the things we love most about real estate. Whether we’re in our office in Callander, out in North Bay and the surrounding areas for showings, or brainstorming creative ways to grow our brand, no two days are ever the same. Our dogs, Charlie and Ruby, are part of the team too—they often join us at the office and even tag along to appointments, patiently waiting in the car while we meet with clients.

As a team, we each bring different strengths to the table. Arwyn’s years of experience and deep knowledge of the market complement Rayah’s fresh perspective and drive to help our clients navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. We attend showings and listing appointments together, ensuring our clients receive the best of both worlds—expertise and innovation, tradition and new ideas.

Beyond the business side of things, what makes this journey so special is that we get to do it together. Building our brand, helping families find their perfect homes, and making real estate dreams a reality is incredibly rewarding—but doing it as a team makes it even more meaningful.
